Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure activities.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, provide updates, and address any issues or risks.
- Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and adjust plans as necessary.
- Identify and manage project risks, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
- Facilitate decision-making and problem-solving to drive project success.
- Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates and final evaluations.
Qualifications:
- From Bachelor’s degree to PhD in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, life science) or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, leading and delivering projects successfully. A short experience of at least 6 months is requested for the junior position.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Effective leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing project needs.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- PMP certification or other relevant certifications is a plus.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes, systems, and workflows.
- Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in current operations.
- Propose and design solutions to streamline processes and improve productivity.
- Perform data analysis and generate meaningful insights to support decision-making.
- Develop and maintain business process models, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis for proposed solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of changes.
- Assist in user acceptance testing and provide support during system deployments.
- Monitor and evaluate post-implementation results to measure the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to business analysis.
Qualifications:
- From Bachelor’s degree to PhD in life science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the R&D and life science space.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically.
- Proficient in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Solid understanding of business process modeling and process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting using tools such as Excel.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
