The client significantly expanded the research organization by acquiring other companies, driven by an influx of cash and the need to diversify their products. To maximize the benefits of these acquisitions, the integration process was designed to be structured, digitalized, and enhanced with automation and AI to improve efficiency and capitalize on synergies. The program was launched to implement eight projects aimed at improving processes, automation, and digitalization across both new and existing research units.
